Over-the-knee boots are the must-have footwear. Thigh high boots used to be considered suitable for daring but now they went mainstream and many fashionistas wear boots with tops of the shaft rising higher than knee. This trend can be flattering for fuller figures to some extend. Taller boots in general look flattering on a person with wide calves. A taller boot shaft conceals the widest part and hits at the top of the calf, which is the thinnest part, thereby creating a sleeker line.

Kitten Heels shoe is a controversial member of the heels family. Most women who wear heels or stilettos, find them unattractive, ugly and uncomfortable, but this fall kitten heels make their return. This time kitten heels are sophisticated and elegant, and go together with pointed toes, a style which doesn’t flatter wide foot at all. Fur Boots: Winter is cold in most countries in the Northern Hemisphere so fur boots look quite acceptable for the most girls. After having taking over the winter coats, mittens, the fur is now all over the boots in all their height- ankle boots and tall boots alike. Match a pair of fur-lined ankle boots with a pair of tights or a winter skirt.

Lace up boots and buckle shoes. The buckles continue their reign this fall. The new key in shoes fashion are the laces. Laces can be seen on shoes that don’t require ones, just for making a fashion statement.

Wedges and chunky heels. Although stilettos look a lot more glamorous, wedges and chunk heels are comfortable and secure. Many women prefer chuck heels because they don’t want to risk to slip and fall down. Wedges and chunk heels don’t sacrifice comfort for style and add up height creating sleeker and slimmer silhouette.

Last but not least is the return of clogs and cuffed mules in fashion. To me clogs look chunky but right now they are so much fashionable that they are easily turning into a wardrobe must have.
